We've supported students directly, managed teams, and helped shape institutional strategy. We understand the challenges higher education professionals face because we've experienced them ourselves.
What we believe
People Create the Greatest Impact. Technology Creates the Greatest Efficiency.
We believe technology should support human expertise, not replace it.
The relationships, judgment, and care that higher education professionals bring to their work are irreplaceable. Our role is to help institutions make the most of both their people and their technology.
Our mission
Help Higher Education Teams Work Smarter So They Can Focus on What Matters Most.
We want to give higher education professionals more time for the work that makes a difference.
More conversations.
More mentoring.
More collaboration.
More time with students.
Why we exist
Higher Education Is Built on People.
Higher education is built on people, relationships, and shared knowledge. Yet the professionals supporting students are often stretched across competing priorities, disconnected systems, and growing expectations.
We started Tandom to help institutions navigate these challenges by bringing together practical experience in higher education, technology, and organizational strategy.
Our goal is simple: help higher education institutions operate more effectively without losing the human connection that makes them valuable.
